Our coalition was created to elevate voices, individually and collectively, to give our community further reach by sharing inclusive yoga offerings. The Yoga & Body Image Coalition @ybicoalition and Womxn of Color + Wellness @wocandwellness want to continue to #sharethemicnow and amplify Black voices.

We are fully aware of the dangers of performative activism and understand that true allyship is not a 1 day or 1 week commitment. We have always been and will continue to be focused on amplifying the voices of amazing black womxn in health and wellness. In short, we are in it for the long haul and we want to #keepsharingthemic.

We will be showcasing across both of our platforms takeovers from countless truly inspiring and badass womxn starting July 7th.

We're inviting our followers and communities to join us in focusing on sustainable ways to bring about real change in society focused on social justice, antiracism and anti-blackness in yoga and beyond.
