The leadership team of the Yoga and Body Image Coalition takes seriously the concerns about corporate partnerships that were raised recently. This is a new coalition of diverse thinkers and practitioners and we are striving to maintain that diversity while establishing core beliefs and guidelines for future work. We have taken this opportunity to clarify our mission, strategies, and team.

In this process, Brigitte Kouba (aka Gigi Yogini) is no longer a member of the Coalition. Though it has been challenging, this process has brought us into greater alignment with our values. We look forward to continuing to think critically about how we can best serve our diverse communities. We wish Gigi well in her continued work.
