Create peace and joy in your life and in your community by spending a half-day of space and time to connect with something special – you!

Give yourself this gift of health and quietude to nourish your mind and soul with mindfulness practices, gentle yoga and silent meditations.

By participating in a group community/self care experience, we generate a special kind of energy that can heal and revive. Replenish your reserves just in time for the holidays! All levels of experience will benefit; from beginners who have never done yoga or meditated, to advanced practitioners looking to dedicate time to deepen your practice.

We have some mats, blankets, and cushions. If you have your own, please bring! Please dress comfortably for light stretching and sitting meditation, and bring bottled water. All levels welcome.
