Learn body based skills to help you feel the love and support that dwells inside and surrounds you at all times.
Learning to trust our true nature means unlearning the socially constructed narratives that tell us we are less than others and somehow inherently flawed, but how do we unlearn these messages that have been so deeply engrained in our consciousness and experience of ourselves?
Embodied spiritual practice gives us the opportunity to come into the present moment. When we come into the present moment all of the conditioning that keeps us from our true nature begins to emerge.
In this workshop we will explore practices that allow us to work with our relationship to ourselves by cultivating trust in our body’s sensations and impulses. We will explore self love, love between self and other, and love in community.
As a Holistic Psychotherapist, Sacred Embodiment teacher, and Energy Healer, Niralli believes that each of us holds within us the wisdom we need to heal and awaken to our own true nature. She draws upon her long-term study of yoga, meditation, and tantra to support people on their spiritual path and healing journey. As a practitioner, she is passionate about serving people who have traditionally been marginalized as she sees social justice as central to our collective liberation, healing, and evolution.
