Join this groundbreaking meeting of diverse voices in the field of yoga and body confidence. Each presenter addresses the topic from their unique area of expertise. Enjoy a keynote from Matthew Sanford, a panel discussion with all presenters, and interactive exercises, yoga, meditation, and Q&A sessions. Each day of this program includes two-hour morning asana workshops focused on body-positive themes for practitioners, and afternoon workshops on specialized topics, including working with injuries, yoga and eating disorders, and much more.

Learn how to modify yoga practice for bodies of different sizes, capabilities, and ages, and return home with tools and insights for doing yoga in a way that promotes body positivity. Teachers receive tips on leading classes where all students feel welcomed and empowered.
